Ron, born in Hawaii is all about Blue water. Ron has skippered everything in the Caribbean from dive boats to mega yachts and even ran sport-fish charters chasing Marlin. 

For 30 years Long Island Sound has been home waters though there were many years spent sailing from Maine to Miami and beyond. 

Ron has been a success story in the industry, having sold yachts for some of the most prestigious manufacturers and finest brands. Ron says “I’m a confused salesman or is it sailsman?” Either way he has never been on a yacht or met a boater he didn’t love. If anyone can find the right fit and make a match between buyers and sellers, it’s Ron. 

A dad to two amazing young men, Ron is an avid Golfer and Fish-aholic. “My perfect day off is turf and surf. Golf in the morning and fishing into the night.” Now living in Greenwich, Ct. and Pompano Beach, Fl, Ron is wherever you need him to be and can be anywhere on the east coast within hours.

Oliver is a US licensed Captain who grew up on Long Island Sound, embracing and loving everything about the estuary. 

Aside from his vast knowledge of LIS, he has voyaged extensively from New England to Florida, the Bahamas and the Caribbean via the intracoastal waterway and the open ocean. When searching for one’s next yacht, Oliver in addition to assisting in selection, may know just where that vessel may be. 

One of Oliver's favorite undertakings is refit management, a passion which goes back to the very first boat he purchased at 13 and refit on his own. 

Several times a year Oliver can be found anywhere in the world at a major shipbuilding yards overseeing builds and re-fits on behalf of yacht owners he represents. Known for his patience and easy teaching method, Oliver is sought after for his marine related instructional skills. In addition to being a Boatify founding partner, he also heads Operations for Venture Yachting. 

Oliver is a family man and Dad to a beautiful little girl who is his pride and joy. A pure and simple passion for the sea and yachting are what drives Oliver.

Captain Michael Platt utilizes his skills amassed as an elite Fly Fishing Guide and Charter Boat Captain in a new career as a Broker. 

For decades he has enjoyed the company of celebrities and influencers who are his clientele as he now applies the same fishing prowess to the pursuit of yachts for brokerage. 

Michael has earned respect in the commercial waterfront community and is regarded as the best around. There’s no quit in him. He always seems to know how to land the big ones.

Kristin Carter Stanley is one of the few women in the business certainly the best. She brings class to the business of luxury living on the water. Kristin specializes in larger vessels suitable for family yachting. Having spent significant time cruising the Bahamas and South Florida waters on her family yacht, Kristin knows the life well. When first moving to Stuart from Illinois she and her kids found themselves living aboard for a time until their home was ready. Kristin’s impeccable sense of style combined with her practical experience help clients target that perfect fit. As a licensed business broker she learned what property value is about and the same is true with yachts. It was a great precursor to her becoming one of the most successful women brokers in Florida.

Kristin is a Mom of three with a degree in fitness and nutrition. For fun when not on the water fishing, diving and cruising she may be found setting mountain biking records or grinding out fifty-mile bike rides. On a slow day Kristin might grab a light workout… in between morning Tennis and afternoon Golf.
